Cinco de Mayo Taco Festival

On Saturday, May 8th from 1 PM to 6 PM, Cross MC Clubhouse will be hosting a Cinco de Mayo outdoor taco festival featuring live musical performance and excellent food. This is an all-ages event that will feature musical talent such as DJ Rob, JJ Awg and Jingo. Masks are required for this event. Tickets for this festival are priced at $10 – $15.

Community & Volunteer Events Near Morgan Hill, CA


Shady Oaks Park Community Day

Want to help out the San Jose community? Take some time on Saturday, May 1st from 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM to help clean up Shady Oaks Park. COVID-19 protocols will be followed, and face coverings will be required. Temperature checks will be given to all volunteers. Tools and instructions will be provided on site.

Arcadia Park Volunteer Event

On Saturday, May 22nd, a community volunteer event will be held at Arcadia Ball Field (2208 Quimby Road). A large amount of volunteers are needed for tasks such as weeding, planting and spreading chip. Tools and instructions will be provided, and no prior experience is needed. Closed-toe shoes, snacks and bottled water are recommended.

Community members attending any of the events listed above should follow the precautions and practices outlined by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention website. Masks should be worn and attendees should maintain six feet of distance from others at all times.
